I had a serious issue with my bank website not being secure. This was a very technical problem. I used the Remote Session option to get help. My GroovyTek trainer kept at it until we finally resolved the issue.

In Southern Florida, we’re all familiar with the traditional steps necessary to prepare and to stay safe during a hurricane or other natural disasters. From boarding up windows to stocking up on groceries and other essentials, it’s always important to stay prepared.
As we now find ourselves in the digital age, it is helpful to take a look at how technology can play a role in preparing us for living through disaster conditions. We believe that spending time before a disaster situation to understand the role your personal technology can play in your disaster preparedness is imperative. A dose of TekPrep can lead to the difference between a smooth evacuation and disaster survival, as opposed to entering a realm of frustration that could have been avoided with some preparation.
In this webinar series, appropriately titled TekPrep, we’ll cover how you can work with and prepare your technology, so it can be smoothly integrated into your disaster preparedness.
